Arising out of the recent Prime Time investigation into the running of crèches, there will be fallout and a reaction when government funding is withdrawn from crèches, when parents take action for breach of privacy and the owners will probably be sued for breach of contract. You will not hear about actions on behalf of the children, who have been very substantially abused and in some cases traumatised.
You will not see legal actions brought by children, who have become damaged as a result of the fact that they were used as weapons in the battle between their separating parents.
If somebody reads this blog and takes exception to it and posts some comments on Twitter or Facebook grossly defaming me, I will not sue Facebook or Twitter because both organisations lobbied for extraordinary legislation that prevents the public suing them no matter how damaging or severe the defamatory comments.
Now the fuss has died down, you won’t hear of anybody suing Tesco for selling horse meat or other meat of doubtful origin labelled as beef.
